"ANYA" means "I am" in Thoth's invented language and is a film that blends cinematic storytelling and opera to create a dramatic rendition of Tribal Baroque on the big screen. The story tells a tale of love and devotion that spans time and encourages full individuation. Breaking the cycle of the mundane and trendy, it breathes new life into our era of music and dance. Inspiration comes from so many areas in our lives and music is one of them. It is the one thing that can connect and helps us understand each other, regardless of skin color, language, race or religion.
Your contribution will make it possible for us to go above and beyond to make this film a reality! We have plans to film the entire story on locations at Mohonk Mountain and Breakneck Ridge as well as other beautiful scenic areas in the Hudson Valley and NYC during its majestic fall season. Your donations will also help us rent a theater and hire an entire 15 person crew to record their operas in full with multiple cameras.
We have an amazing line up of award winning and veteran camera crews that will make each shot truly incredible and top notch. An art department run by Michael Lee Scott and a load of other helpful individuals all coming together to make this production truly spectacular!
